Raw Material
According to the physical requirements of the foam product, we choose the most suitable polymer / composite materials for production. EVA, PE, POE, NBR are commonly used. Selection on chemicals, pigments, fillers also determines the quality of the final foam product. We maximize the amount of eco-friendly material in our products, also recycle the foam waste in every possible way.
Formula Design
The chemical formula and polymer ratio are key factors to have excellent foam products with correct hardness, size, texture and all required physical properties. With specific formula, our foam product can pass the formamide residue test and much less than the EU safety limit. High resilient mat for infant protection, extreme light and hard foam material for construction purpose are also possible for mass production.
Production
With years of experience in foaming production, we can control the quality standard of foam products through proper adjustments in raw material preparation, machine settings, foaming conditions, and appropriate processing works. We are able to have first foaming and second foaming for products with different expansion ratio and material properties.
Processing Works
Foam sheet needs further processing works to become the finished product. Splitting, cutting, mold pressing, die-cut, printing, heat transfer, and lamination are able to process on foam sheet to have better outlook and functionalities. We do most of the additional processing works by ourselves to provide a good quality finished product.
Inspection and Lab Test
With in house physical properties inspections, we ensure that every finished product meets their standard requirements. Randomly selected sample will be sent to the independent testing laboratory, such as SGS and TCC, for inspection, verification, testing, and certification. Our play mat is regularly checked by the above inspection centers to ensure the amount of restricted chemicals meets both local and international standards.
